These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vy, a flight-journaling and social app operated by Palm Projects Media LLC ("Vy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Vy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Vy, and you must be able to form a binding agreement with us.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You keep ownership of the content you create on Vy — your flights, posts, photos, and messages. By posting content, you grant Vy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content solely as needed to operate and provide the service (for example, showing your posts to the audience you choose). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others have already shared or copies retained in backups for a limited time.

Vy is a journaling and social product for recording and sharing flights. It is not an aviation navigation, flight-planning, weather, or operational tool, and it is not a source of official aeronautical information. Do not rely on Vy for any flight-planning or in-flight decision. Always use official, authoritative sources and follow all applicable regulations and your own judgment as pilot in command.
Flight data in Vy is entered or generated for journaling purposes and is not an official logbook or record of record. Verification badges, where offered, are a basic signal and are not a guarantee of any pilot's certification, currency, or qualifications.
Vy relies on third-party providers (such as Supabase, Resend, Mapbox, Expo, and Apple) to operate. Your use of Vy may also be subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
You can stop using Vy and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Vy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vy and Palm Projects Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of Vy means you accept the updated Terms.
